Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship within the United States using standard ground services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Local Pickup
For Atlanta‑area customers, we offer free pickup every second and fourth Sunday at our farmers market location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you pickup details and confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
